As much as we would LOVE to play ALL day with our furry and feathered animal guardians, it's time to get down to business and answer your questions about our policies. Realize though, if NOT for our furry and feathered family members, we would not be in this wonderful holistic health business or lifestyle. So as much as they love to play and goof off, they are a HUGE part of the reason we are here today and able to help others with their beloved pet health issues. Okay...so here's the nitty gritty.
We are located in Lake Elsinore, California. We are an hour drive from San Diego and an hour from Los Angeles.
Our business hours are: Monday through Friday 10:00am to 3:00pm PST. We are closed weekends and holidays.
Local customers who wish to pick-up orders of at least 50lbs of Diatomaceous Earth or more from us must call to schedule an appointment.
You may order online on our secure server website.
We do accept money orders and checks. Please mail your order to us at our postal mail box address (this is not our physical address):

Orders shipping to addresses outside the US, please visit our Wolf Creek Ranch Organics website. You will find the shipping options available for International orders. Express shipping option will take approximately 5 business days via USPS Express Mail International to receive in countries outside the US and are not "guaranteed".
We ship products around the globe daily via the USPS. Please be aware of Customs Regulations in your country. Any customs or duty fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. IF your item is confiscated for any reason, we will not be responsible and will not be able to reimburse you or resend the item. If you are unsure what your country's compliance requirements are please go to the USPS website.
PLEASE NOTE: Please do not send us requests to mark item as a gift or lower invoice pricing. We CANNOT mark these items as gift OR lower the invoice price for purposes of eliminating the customs fees.
If you paid via E-Check (through your checking account), it usually takes 3 to 4 business days for your check to clear, so your order will not ship until your E-Check has cleared from your account to ours.
We accept returns or exchanges of unused product, in its original packaging within 30 days. Original shipping charges are not refundable. We do charge a 20% restocking fee. Please call us for an RMA number to return your order. You may also contact us with any questions or concerns that you may have regarding your order. We will try to remedy any problems to the best of our ability. Your satisfaction is very important to us.
All returned/exchanged merchandise must be in original condition and must include, all accessories, packing material, inserts and manuals, and the box in which it was shipped in. Shipments of returns must be prepaid. We will not accept COD returns.
Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours of receipt. If your order is placed during the weekend or on a holiday it will be shipped the following business day.
**Fed Ex Overnight Express Mail Guarantees U.S. delivery the following day to "most" locations, unless you live in a remote area or small town, then it is guaranteed in 2 days. ALL Express Mail orders MUST be received by 12pm PST, Mon-Thurs to be delivered next day in big cities. Express orders received before 12 pm Friday will ship via USPS Express Mail. Orders placed after 12pm PST Friday through Sunday evening cannot ship until Monday during normal business hours. Please leave a phone number where you can be reached, in the event that Fed Ex needs to contact you regarding delivery.
PLEASE NOTE: FedEx orders MUST have a physical address; FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Not including your physical address will create a delay in receiving your order.
We LOVE to receive testimonials and photographs of yourself and/or your furry or feathered animal companions. We appreciate your telephone calls advising of how well your pet is healing - this is WHY we sell these excellent natural products, because they REALLY work! If you have time to Email Us with your testimonial and possibly a photograph of yourself or your companion (whichever one of you has been helped by these fabulous remedies), please do so.
As many of you know, the FDA (aka Fear &Death Administration) is trying to limit our access to natural supplements, even making some prescription, or banning their use altogether. Written customer testimonials help to prove our products actually work, even though they are not FDA approved. These products are not FDA approved because it costs $350,000.00 plus to get this approval for EACH and every product. Natural remedies are NOT patentable and therefore will never be FDA approved. We are not able to use "telephone testimonials", as we must have "written" testimonials in order to put them up on our website. So, IF your time permits, please E-mail us your testimonials. We are working at getting up the testimonials we have on all of our products and would love to have your happy and healthy photos up there too.
